Trinity partnered with Jobs with Justice to host a rally for Medicaid Expansion on the steps of Trinity in May of 2021.

Meets during the Justice Task Force Meeting on First Mondays | via Zoom
The Medicaid Expansion Focus Group was launched through Trinity’s Justice Task Force in 2019.  Along with others in Missouri, we became an important force in this arena when we gathered the required number of signatures from voters and submitted these to the Secretary of State for review. The Medicaid Expansion initiative then went to the voters in August of 2020 and passed.  At this point in time, we continue to work on implementation by the state legislature of this important issue that provides healthcare for thousands of persons who were previously uninsured.
